Evolutionary development based upon 28-years’ experience in the pipeline construction industry, has resulted in the highly productive, robust and maintainable Power Dozer earth-moving system.

Since 1982, major operations of VPDL have been focused toward performing major earth-moving tasks related to large and significant construction projects such as oil and gas pipelines and U.S. Military combat operations and earth-construction operations.

VPDL offers a highly qualified staff that combines retired U.S. Military personnel with extensive experience spanning special operations, combat/construction engineering and systems integration with civil construction superintendents, engineers, foremen and heavy equipment technicians.
